This policy explains what ZipPixel collects and how uploads are handled.
What we collect
We collect the minimum required to operate the service:
- Uploaded files and basic metadata (e.g. filename, type) to generate your ZIP.
- Payment status from Stripe to allow download after payment.
- Basic technical logs (e.g. request timing/errors) for reliability and abuse prevention.
How uploads work
Files are uploaded to temporary storage to generate your ZIP. We aim to delete files automatically over time. Deletion timing is not guaranteed (e.g. operational delays, retries, system maintenance).
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. ZipPixel does not store your full card details. Stripe may store and process payment information according to their policies.
Sharing
If you purchase an optional share link, anyone with the link may be able to download the ZIP. Treat share links like a password and only share them with people you trust.
