Service

PDFOperations processes your uploads to generate a downloadable result (such as a ZIP or PDF). Availability may change and the service may be paused for maintenance or updates.

Uploads

You must have the right to upload and process the files you submit. Do not upload illegal content or content that violates third-party rights.

Temporary storage

Files are stored temporarily to process your request and to support download/sharing if purchased. We aim to delete files automatically over time, but deletion timing is not guaranteed.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Digital delivery occurs after successful payment. Prices and tiers may change at any time for new purchases.

Refunds

If something breaks and you cannot access what you paid for, contact support via the email shown on your Stripe receipt and we’ll make it right (including refund where appropriate).

Liability

PDFOperations is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability where unlawful.
